Shipping & Returns Policy
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant details. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive within the UK and 5-7 days within Europe and up to 14 days for the rest of the world.
All UK orders are sent via Evri and all European/International orders will be sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
Express Delivery UK
Express Delivery is next day delivery if ordered before 12pm the previous day. Tracking numbers will be provided.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or import duties and taxes as this is completely out of our control. Orders do not cover possible customs fees or import duties and taxes which may be applied by customs authorities upon the delivery to your country.
Before ordering from Maison Modesty we recommend to research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residence online or by contacting them directly.
If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Maison Modesty you will be liable for the additional fee's charged for return and re-delivery.
Return & Exchange
We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, you can contact us at info@maisonmodesty.com. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the received item is faulty or completely different from the original order.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
